Booking and prices
How do I book a tour?
Send us your dates, the number of travellers and what you would like to do on WhatsApp or through the contact form. We reply with a free quote and a day-by-day itinerary within 24 hours, then we fine-tune the programme together before confirming.
How much does a private tour in Morocco cost?
The price depends on the length of the trip, the season, the accommodation level and the number of travellers. As a guide, our 3-day Merzouga desert tour starts at €290 per person and our 10-day grand tour of Morocco at €1,450 per person. Each tour page shows its starting price.
How do payment and cancellation work?
Payment terms and cancellation conditions are clearly stated in your quote, before you book. Feel free to ask us any questions about them.
How far in advance should I book?
For school holidays, Christmas, Easter and spring, we recommend booking several weeks ahead, especially for riads and luxury camps. Off-season, we can often arrange a tour within a few days.
The tour
What is included?
Transport in an air-conditioned vehicle with a driver-guide, the accommodation in the programme, the breakfasts and dinners indicated, and 7-day assistance on WhatsApp. Depending on the tour, the camel ride, a night in a camp, local guides in Fez and Marrakech or airport transfers are also included.
What is not included?
International flights, lunches (unless stated), drinks, tips, travel insurance and personal expenses. On some tours, monument entrance fees are also extra.
Can I change the itinerary?
Yes, all our tours can be customised: add a night, change a stop, choose a more comfortable riad, add an activity or a traditional dinner. We also create fully tailor-made tours.
Where do the tours start?
Depending on the tour, departure is from Marrakech or Casablanca. On request, we can also start from Fez or another city and adapt the end point to your flights.
Are airport transfers included?
They are included on some tours, such as the 7-day imperial cities tour and the grand tour of Morocco. For the others, we add them on request.
What kind of accommodation do you offer?
Charming riads in the medinas, comfortable hotels and, in the desert, a nomad bivouac or a luxury camp. Discover our selection of accommodation.
Travellers
Is it a group tour?
No, our tours are private: you travel only with your companions, in your own vehicle. Depending on the tour, we welcome up to 8 to 16 travellers, ideal for families and groups of friends.
Can I travel alone?
Yes, we also organise tours for a single traveller. The price per person is then higher, as the vehicle and driver are not shared.
Are the tours suitable for children?
Yes. We adapt driving times, activities and accommodation for families. Let us know the children’s ages in your request.
Should I tip the driver-guide?
Tipping is not compulsory, but it is customary in Morocco at the end of a tour, depending on your satisfaction. The same goes for local guides, cameleers and camp staff.
Do I need travel insurance?
Travel insurance is not included, but we strongly recommend it to cover medical costs, cancellation and luggage.
